Special Orders:Some items not shown or expressly offered may be available via special order. This is generally applicable to gold items such as wire, lace and sheet stock, as well as gold plated items not available as regular catalog items.
Multiple Orders:Some of our order forms are product specific (such as those for scrapers or books). Any of these items can be ordered via our regular multiple-line forms instead (simply type in the quantity and part number/description of those special items).
Whenever possible, we automatically combine orders that are placed on the same day, so all your items will ship together, for a single shipping fee. We do keep an eye out for this, due to the various order forms... not to mention the fact that customers sometimes wish to add items to an order they recently placed.
Discounts:Some of our items are available at discount prices if purchased in quantity. Check out the Discount Pricelist PDF If you order items in ample quantity to qualify for discount rates, the discount will automatically be applied to your order and you will be credited or refunded any difference in price.
From time to time we offer special sales, discount coupons or other promotional programs, so keep your eye on the web site, trade publications, or be sure you have signed up for our Mailing List hosted by eGroups.
