Money orders preferred, personal checks accepted ($20.00 fee for all returned checks).

Please DO NOT send cash!

If your order is received with a balance due amount, some items may not be shipped to balance the invoice.

Foreign Customers:

Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express accepted.

We can also accept a Bank Draft or International Postal Money Orders made out to US DOLLARS ONLY are accepted as well as Visa & Mastercard. Checks from US-based accounts accepted. NO FOREIGN CURRENCY.

All prices, descriptions, specifications or announcements contained on this web site should be accurate, however, we accept no responsibility for omissions or errors. All prices are subject to change without notice. There may be items shown here on this web site that are not included in the catalog.

Refunds & Exchanges:

If any items arrive broken, damaged, with missing parts, incorrect items shipped or are otherwise unsatisfactory, please call and let us know. An exchange or refund will be provided at our option, or credit towards a future order, when the items are returned. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for books.

Out of Stock Items:

Please note on your order if you would prefer to backorder items that are temporarily out of stock, receive a refund or if you would like us to substitute similar items that are in stock. The normal default policy is to backorder items that will be restocked within 6 weeks or less. If we know it will be out of stock longer, you generally will receive a refund or a credit toward your next order. If you paid for your order with a credit card, any refunds will be credited back to your card. Backorders may be cancelled at any time, and you may request a refund or credit toward another order.

Discontinued Items:

Our line of items is continually evaluated and we do discontinue items from time to time. Unless otherwise specified by the customer, a refund or credit voucher will be issued if discontinued items have been ordered.
